The tarot cards mod adds 22 Tarot cards that can be found in lootables (Chests, barrels, etc) that give you different powerups depending on the card.

If they are added the cards stats may need to be tweaked because a few of them are a bit much.

Looks interesting, but it doesn't seem to support FTB Teams allies, will have to playtest with this before confirming it.
